Our mission is to make aviation more accessible to students by supporting and providing authentic aviation experiences that foster self-determination, proficiency, and safety.

We see a world with safer and more proficient pilots. In this world, we have reduced the student pilot drop-out rate, reduced the cost to achieve pilot certification, and improved the safety record among low-time pilots through better decision-making.

By providing students with authentic aviation experiences, we empower young people. One experience leads to another. On this journey, students gain knowledge and skills for everyday life. For those on the career pathway, these experiences will help them become successful, safe, and proficient pilots.
